Default Do employers respect practice portfolio performance?

I'm a college student, and I practice investing and trading with wallstreet survivor. Over the past few months my portfolio has risen ~7% (depending on the day).

I have a real portfolio, but I don't have much money in it and the fees eat up a lot of my returns. I should be able to put more in over the next few years. Anyways, would an investment bank or hedge fund take a practice portfolio into account?
