Default Anyone buy PRU today?

I picked up some PRU today. I hope it was worth it. Hopefully they have gotten the bad news out of their system

Merrill Lynch upgraded insurer Prudential Financial Inc. (PRU) to buy from hold, saying it believes the market overreacted to second-quarter earnings by sending the shares down 8%.
The broker also told clients that management has developed an "extremely successful acquisition track record" in recent years and said it thinks that total buying power without the need to raise common equity is about $7 billion.

So how much upside do people envision with PRU? This stock has stagnated over the last ten months. Is this is going down to $68 up to $75, $80? Will it split by the end of the year? I feel like it will come back to $73 by years end as they do have a lot of resources to buy back stock.

if it drops to 68, which is a possibility, I will consider it a gift.
I see right now as a great buying opportunity for a solid long-term hold though.

1% yield
12.7 P/E
1.6 Price/Book
1.1 Price/Sales
1.0 P/E/G
12.8% ROE
0.4 Debt to Equity

I have become so bored with PRU. Maybe I own too few shares. Even with the significant move today, I am only up thirty or so bucks. Is there any talk of a split?
